Modern decor inside the rooms gives a sleek vibe, and the late checkout option provided flexibility for sleep before heading back to work. The Queen Room, though windowless, offers an unusually intimate experience for a solo traveler.
The Queen Room is absurdly small, barely accommodating a tiny suitcase and leaving no room to unpack. Privacy is nonexistent due to a sliding glass bathroom door that doesn’t close properly, leading to some embarrassing sounds. The overall atmosphere felt a bit musty, presumably from the lack of fresh air, and late checkout requests may go unnoticed by the cleaning staff, disrupting much-needed rest.

The Queen Room without a window was surprisingly cozy. It’s small but super well-designed—definitely not cramped! The bed was huge and comfy, I slept like a rock. The shower was also great, good pressure and nice and hot. The room was immaculate and had a cool modern vibe. No noises from outside at all, which I loved. Seriously, the staff was really helpful too. I felt right at home!

We had a fabulous time enjoying the comfy bed and getting an early check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. The cozy lounge area and the fun game room were perfect for our downtime. The room felt a bit cramped for our bags, but we made it work—definitely recommend for a short stay! 😊

The location of The Z Hotel is fantastic. It’s just a short walk from major attractions like the London Eye and Big Ben. Rooms are designed efficiently, but they are really small. I felt cramped in a queen room without a window. The glass bathroom wall might not be comfortable for everyone, especially if privacy is important. I appreciated the cleanliness. sheets and towels were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee and tea facilities were well stocked. On the downside, the noise from the street was bothersome at times. There wasn't much space for luggage, which made maneuvering around tricky. I really missed having a proper desk to use, making it hard to work on my laptop. Breakfast options felt limited, and there was no cozy lobby to relax in. A few minor adjustments could greatly enhance the experience.

the location is just amazin since its super close to so many cool places to check out. staff were really friendly and helpful when i arrived, totally made me feel welcome. loved the good towels and the shower was decent too. i was happy to find hot chocolate and real milk for my coffee! cozy little room was just right for what i needed.
the room was really tiny, kinda crammed for someone who needs space. also, the windowless part was a surprise and a bit of a letdown, could’ve used some natural light.
